- Must have construction or general carpentry experience
- Have an interest in learning new skills and enjoy new challenges
- Can work safely with table saws, mitre saws, drills, and hand tools
- Willing to learn to cut & install glass, mirrors and windows for residential & commercial
- Work with storefront aluminum, doors and door hardware
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean abstract
- Will train the right candidate
